Agra, Dec 6 – Robbers attacked an ATM of the Punjab National Bank (PNB) and decamped with the money, police said Sunday.

According to police, the burglars first damaged the CCTV of the ATM vestibule in Kamla Nagar and then used a gas cutter to make a hole in the machine.

‘The loss is yet to be assessed but a normal ATM machine can store up to Rs.30-35 lakh in big denominations,’ a bank official said.

Police said the neighbours informed the bank when they saw the ATM machine damaged.
